Response (EFR) |

| The food service industry
has embarked on an important and ambitious project entitled
E.F.R., Efficient Foodservice Response. It is a cost reduction
initiative that involves all foodservice supply chain partners.
The goal of E.F.R. is to develop a responsive, consumer-driven
system in which all foodservice supply chain partners work together
to maximize consumer value and minimize supply chain cost. Summit
supports this initiative as it should reduce unnecessary costs
and deliver value to our customers. |
