Software Capabilities
Summit's commitment to service has continued with the introduction of Power Net and Power Sell. These software packages allow remote ordering for our customers and replace the VAS-Link system.

POWER NET runs over the Internet. It allows for real time access to information on pricing, inventory and usage. A customer can use Power Net at anytime that is convenient for them. Any computer that meets the requirements* and has access to the Internet can be used to place an order. Power Net does not require an on-site visit for installation as there is no software to be installed. Order confirmations are sent back to the customer via e-mail.

*Power Net requires Internet Explorer 6.0+ or Netscape 6.2.1+. Please contact a Summit Sales Representative for further information.

POWER SELL is available for customers who do not have Internet access. It does require an on-site visit from Summit personnel to install the program. Power Sell requires downloads via a modem to update the information from Summit’s system to the customer. This software package is useful for tracking inventory. Order confirmations are sent back to the customer after a successful transmission has been placed.
